OMG! you will never believe this..........right well my skin was getting pretty bad and all the products i bought from superdrugs or boots were just not working for my skin, so one day i was serching the internet on what to do about my horrible spotty skin.....and the answer to this is to wash your face with warm salt water in the morning, and just before you go bed put lemon juice on your face. now when i read this i was like WTF but i though i would give it a go as i had nothing else to loose as i had tried almost anything and everything, and i swear by this because even after one day i noticed a BIG difference in my skin, was so amazed so happy :) and i continue with this even now and i wont stop, so cheap aswell, and doesnt take up must time.
oh if you wanna know how to whiten your teeth the natural way is you brush your teeth with your toot paste, then brush your trrth with baking soda, yeah dip that tooth brush of your into the baking soda, horrible taste i know but results are so worth the few mins of nastyness, then rinse you moth then add salt to lemon juice till it is like a paste consistance, then brush your teeth with that, then rinse your mouth with what ever moth wash you use and vola! bright shiny smile :D
